We’ve dedicated this refreshing lager, made from the same spring water to Jack A S Jones, affectionately known as Jackass Jones who successfully ran the Lithgow Zig Zag Brewery (then named Corbett’s Brewery) through the first Golden Age of the brewery from 1897 to 1928.
