  • Medium Body, citrus and stone fruit hop aromas and flavours, with a balanced medium bitterness. The hops mellow and give way to a toasted malt backbone with a subtle hint of caramel sweetness.

  • The Lost City, just north of Lithgow, is a rugged, untouched wilderness that resembles an old former civilisation. This is our inspiration for a hazy beer, equally untouched by the brewing process, giving it the full flavour and aroma from its natural ingredients.

  • In 1950, Lithgow Zig Zag Brewery’s ‘Ram’s Head Stout’, was awarded first prize in the “British Empire Bottled Stout” class at a brewer’s exhibition in London. We have used this as inspiration to reimagine what a modern Stout should taste like.
