The Lost City, just north of Lithgow, is a rugged, untouched wilderness that resembles an old former civilisation. This is our inspiration for a hazy beer, equally untouched by the brewing process, giving it the full flavour and aroma from its natural ingredients.

In 1950, Lithgow Zig Zag Brewery’s ‘Ram’s Head Stout’, was awarded first prize in the “British Empire Bottled Stout” class at a brewer’s exhibition in London. We have used this as inspiration to reimagine what a modern Stout should taste like.
